Delivery & Return


Standard stock items will be processed and dispacted within 1-3 working days after confirmed payment.

Where size adjustments need to be made processing and dispatching is usually 3-7 working days. However if the product needs to be ordered/made to your specification, delivery is around 6-8 weeks.

CHAVANA is proud to provide shipping to over countries via reputable international couriers such as DHL and Fedex with full tracking information. 

Once shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Please remember a signature is also required upon delivery.

International Taxes and Duties. Local guidelines apply once your purchase arrives in the country of destination and may be subject to local customs duties and/or local taxes in that country. These taxes and duties are not included in your purchase. Please check with the local authority to ascertain applicable rates as these charges are borne by you and not CHAVANA

 The customs office of the destination country may impose customs fees, taxes, import duties, and other charges to your order. These charges required for customs clearance are the recipient’s responsibility. After your order arrives at customs, either FedEx or the customs office will contact you directly to arrange for the payment of any charges or fees that may be due. In some situations, FedEx may pay certain duties and taxes in advance on a customer's behalf.  Please check with the local authority to ascertain applicable rates as these charges are borne by you and not CHAVANA



At CHAVANA we offer our clients the right to reconsider their purchase made online. As a consequence we offer our clients to return their jewel within 14 days starting from the reception of the purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it and get the purchase amount refunded or you can exchange it with another jewel. Please note that credit card purchases are subject to a 3% restocking fee. In the event you decide to exchange the piece for another piece, there will be no restocking fees. 

The item must be unworn and returned in the same condition as received. We may refuse a full refund if the item has been damaged or worn. Please ensure you keep your receipt as proof of purchase as we require a copy of this with your returned item along with original packaging.

Unfortunately personalized items or items made to your specification cannot be returned for a full refund. Please contact us to discuss this in more detail at

Please be aware you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. If you are International customers, please consider customs charges for returning items to us, we do not cover these fees for you.
